Hey Gary, for many years I have struggled to keep my elbows up throughout corners. I have my moments where I do have proper technique but those dropping elbows always seem to come back. Any suggestions? Thanks, JW.

Thanks Gary, I have put this to the test the last few rides and I have noticed a big change for the better ! Thanks again
